Whats the difference between popcorn shrimp and butterfly shrimp?
Whats the difference between popcorn shrimp and butterfly shrimp?
I don’t notice much of a difference but I haven’t eaten popcorn shrimp in awhile. From the package from the store we got butterfly shrimp, it looks bigger and thats the only noticeable difference I can tell. Are they taste any different or is it basically the same thing?

Popcorn shrimp is a kind that are small and won’t get bigger.Jumbo is the kind that can grow
to big size and found in a different part of the sea.Now days they are grown in shrimp farms
in Japan and ot her countries.there are iceland type along with snow crab .

Popcorn shrimp is smaller, kinda like the bite size. There is no difference in the taste. Because both are fried, battered, and crusted.
