After I listened to this song a few mins ago, I realized on what Im feeling at the moment
I always liked this song but I wasnt used to MJ’s voice after 1:46. It was uncomfortably high pitched for me. She sounds a little more natural. I still can’t deny that brother rocked this song just as hard. 2 beautiful versions of a beautiful song.

@XxYELLABUNNYxX This is actually only Marsha Ambrosius. Natalie “The floacist” Stewart is not on this song. “Butterfiles”. & yes, Marsha’s background vocals are in MJ’s version
Marsha Wrote it, recorded a demo in the 90s w/o Natalie. MJ heard this exact demo before She got a chance to evolve it into a Floetry song & he reached out to her to record it for ‘invincible’. she let him record it.
She didn’t write it for him. he heard this demo that was later put on Floetry’s Debut CD as a bonus track
